Shia LaBeouf attending therapy was ordered to him by a judge following battery and theft Charges if he doesn’t want to spend time behind bars.
To get his misdemeanor charges dropped, The “Just Do It” singer needs to follow several conditions including visiting a therapy at least one session a week.
Shia LaBeouf may avoid major consequences in his 2020 battery and petty theft case if he gets some help and stays out of trouble.
If he does exactly as he’s ordered to, the charges will be dismissed. Otherwise, he would face trial. The court will check in with Shia when he appears again in court three months later.

On Thursday, May 26, a judge ordered Shia LaBeouf attend therapy and anger management classes due to his petty theft and battery case which happened last summer.
According to sharing details, the 34-year-old singer was ordered to complete a judicial diversion program so that he can be dropped from the charges, stemming from misdemeanor battery and petty theft charges.
It’s been considered several conditions for LaBeouf to complete which include wearing a SoberLink device, continuing random alcohol testing, and participating in a 12-step program to remain sober.
He still hasn’t made any public comments on the current case. We just have to wait to see if he will be able to keep his cool for the year.
